KD is proud to say we have linked up with the Dalit foundation to help Save A Child From Poverty. The Dalit foundation helps children in India who with no fault of their own are living a life of poverty and illness. The 'chai wallah' tea venders in india serve tea in steel cups, however to the untouchables they are served in clay cups so they can be destroyed after use, to prevent germs spreading. In association with the DALIT Foundation we aim to help create awareness by serving traditional indian tea in a clay cup ‘kullarhs’ which will be given free with any donation to the charity, which will be happily accepted.
